The renewed identity and communication approach contributed to a stronger connection between the event and its audience, reflected in both qualitative feedback and measurable outcomes:
• 85% of participants liked or loved the new visual identity;
• 73% highlighted the branded freebies as a positive experience;
• 100% stated they would recommend the event;
• The event received an overall score of 4.7 out of 5;
• It gained 200 new followers on social media;
• 58% of participants completed the anonymous feedback form, providing valuable insights for future editions.


MAIN CHALLENGES
Create a cohesive, friendly, and distinctive visual identity that could enhance community connection, increase online engagement, appeal to a wider audience, and naturally integrate a charitable dimension.
OUR PROCESS
Working closely with the organizer, we developed a renewed identity rooted in the joyful energy and friendly nature of Cocker Spaniels, combined with the sense of connection that defines the meeting. Key actions included:
• Designing a warm and playful colour palette — yellow tones for energy and optimism, browns for comfort and belonging;
• Creating handmade-style illustrations and a dynamic pattern to reflect the breed’s lively character;
• Developing a cohesive set of digital assets for social media;
• Producing branded materials, including tote bags, stickers, and certificates;
• Supporting activity planning, communication scheduling, and the creation of registration and feedback forms.

When Cocker Meeting approached us, it was ready to evolve beyond its first edition and establish a clearer, more engaging presence. The goal was to redesign the event’s identity to better reflect its joyful, community-driven spirit, while supporting wider outreach, increased online engagement, and charitable fundraising efforts.
