MAIN CHALLENGES
The main challenge was to build a consistent and strategic online presence, addressing irregular posting schedules on Instagram, inconsistent application of brand identity, lack of clear content strategy, and absence of measurable objectives.
OUR PROCESS
Over six months (June to November 2025), Don Gata Studio worked closely with Gatursos to:
• Define content pillars to structure the brand’s communication;
• Develop and monitor a monthly strategy for social media performance;
• Create educational and engaging posts, including carousels, storytelling, and seasonal content;
• Implement Hotjar to analyze website visitor behavior;
• Deliver monthly reports on Instagram performance and website insights.

Gatursos sought to strengthen its online presence and connect more effectively with its audience. The goal was to create a consistent brand experience, establish clear objectives, and implement a strategy to increase engagement and visibility across social media and the website.
